Our concrete construction services include piers, footings – either for foundations, fencing or retaining walls, slabs – raft or waffle pod, as well as suspended floors, stairs landings, etc. the construction of internal roadways/access ways, kerbs, detention tanks, etc.

Our expertise with Waffle Pod slabs is considered to be the best in our industry. Our association with Waffle Pods dates back in 1986, when Adelaide based Koukourou and partners having developed and put into practice the use of waffle pods in South Australia, decided to expand their market.

Recruiting some of the team currently working at Nicsons, they implemented the Waffle Pod Systems into the market place in Sydney and country areas. This later developed into a joint venture with Waffle Pods Pty. Ltd., manufacturing and distributing waffle pods throughout NSW .

Nicsons’ clientele includes 4 of the top 10 HIA's builders in NSW with some of the working relationship ranging back over 20 years.

If required, Nicsons administrative staff will co-ordinate all inspections with Council inspectors, Water Board and Engineers, as well as work in drainers and other services, thus providing a complete package. All company on-site tradesmen are fully trained and experienced, and a quality finished product is always assured.
